Privacy
How we handle reader privacy at Bandaran Berjaya Guide: no accounts, no home-made trackers, technical logs from hosting, and how to reach us.
We keep privacy simple. You read our guides without an account, and we collect as little as we can.
No accounts
You browse the site as a guest. We ask for no login, no profile, no personal details to read a page.
No home-made trackers
We build the site with our own tools. We run no home-made tracking scripts, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site profiles. If we ever add a third-party service, we will name it here and explain what it does.
Technical logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs: the pages requested, the time of the request, the browser type, and the approximate region. These logs keep the site running and secure. They sit with the provider for a short period and then roll off.
Messages you send
When you write to the desk through the contact form, we receive your message and the email address you provide. We use them to reply and to follow up on a tip or correction. We keep the correspondence for as long as it stays useful, then remove it.
Your choices
You can write to us at any time to ask what we hold about your message, to correct it, or to have it removed. Use the contact page to reach the desk.
